The role is part of the Equity Compensation team within the Human Capital Management division at Goldman Sachs. This team focuses on supporting the firm's global equity plan design and administration, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical field such as Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field in HR preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in Compensation, Finance, or Accounting; experience with equity compensation programs is a plus.
- Data analytics mindset with proficiency in Excel, including xlookups, vlookups, and pivot tables.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects while maintaining quality.
Responsibilities
- Assist in global equity plan processes, including the grant of awards and regulatory reporting.
- Support the preparation and distribution of materials for Stock Incentive Plan Committee meetings.
- Perform monthly and annual analysis and reporting, including data reconciliation.
- Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries regarding equity plans.
- Assist in reviewing global legal and tax issues related to equity plans.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Foster professional growth and career development within the team.
