Job description

The Enterprise Solutions Senior Consultant at BCG Platinion plays a crucial role in helping clients achieve digital excellence through innovative technology solutions. This position requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to tackle complex business challenges and drive organizational change. The consultant will leverage their technical expertise in IT and digital to optimize business processes and maximize the value of technology investments. The role involves significant travel to client sites, reflecting the commitment to delivering tailored solutions in various industries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in mathematics, engineering, information technology, business management, or a relevant field.
  • 4+ years of practical experience in IT/ERP consulting, professional software development, or IT project management.
  • Experience with independently managing modules/workstreams in two or more end-to-end ERP implementations.
  • Proven responsibility as a team lead within a single module during at least one project phase.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer and results orientation.
  • Gen AI tool fluency and validation of response.
  • Willingness to travel around the globe to work with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholder groups and development teams.
  • Develop transformation roadmaps, cost estimation, and resource plans.
  • Link financial performance and business strategy to digital solutions.
  • Evaluate an organization’s IT and enterprise applications.
  • Translate business needs into target state system requirements.
  • Restructure business processes and organization models within an ERP construct.
  • Support tech functions during mergers and acquisitions.
  • Develop team talent by providing direction and facilitating technical discussions.
