As a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage on the Client Focus path within BCG's Consumer Practice Area, you will be part of a global team dedicated to delivering value to clients through expertise and proprietary assets. This role involves contributing to client cases, workshops, and proposals while supporting commercialization efforts in the indirect procurement sector. You will also assist in developing intellectual property and training junior colleagues. The position requires a deep understanding of the indirect procurement process and the ability to navigate complex client challenges.
Requirements
- 2+ years of consulting experience in relevant Indirect procurement is required.
- In lieu of consulting experience, a minimum of 3 years of industry experience in Indirect procurement is required.
- A Bachelor's Degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Deliver value to clients via individual expertise and BCG Vantage assets.
- Contribute relevant analysis and insights to cases and proposals.
- Support commercialization efforts by contributing to proposals, workshops, and marketing materials.
- Assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on topic expertise.
- Travel occasionally to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments.
