Job description

As a Hardware Developer at IBM Research, you will manage complex semiconductor fabrication processes and procedures. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex semiconductor fabrication processes and procedures.
  • Perform yield improvement activities across wafer fabrication processes.
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of semiconductor fabrication equipment.
  • Lead optimizations in partnership with cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Analyze manufacturing systems to identify areas for improvement.
