The SLT Engineering Manager at NVIDIA will lead the Test Solutions Group in developing manufacturing test solutions for system level products. This role requires a blend of hardware and software expertise to guide engineers in creating impactful processes and methodologies. The manager will focus on optimizing system performance, power efficiency, and test coverage while ensuring high-quality product delivery. The position involves collaboration with various partners to address SLT issues and the introduction of new test technologies.

• 7+ years of experience in post silicon validation for System or Board related products.
• 3+ years of management experience or leading technical teams and projects.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in designing and implementing test plans for hardware products.
• Proficiency in Python programming and bash scripting.

• Drive custom SLT development to optimize system performance, power efficiency, and test coverage.
• Develop and integrate test flows, scripts, and automation for robust SLT coverage.
• Define SLT manufacturing solutions and translate them into applicable methodologies and processes.
• Develop test strategies for new product features, including test fixtures and diagnostic software.
• Collaborate with partners to debug SLT issues involving HW Design, Quality, and Software Development.
• Investigate and introduce new manufacturing test technology to improve production efficiency.
• Lead and advise a team of engineers to coordinate a product line.
• Guide teams in resolving technical problems.
