• 5+ years analyzing complex datasets, debugging data issues, and communicating trends clearly.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

• Experience with telemetry and observability stacks such as Grafana, Elasticsearch, or Splunk.
• Demonstrated understanding of core machine learning concepts and strong analytical skills.
