Job description

The Senior Developer Relations Manager will engage with developers within key software accounts, focusing on the integration of NVIDIA libraries and frameworks. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and a passion for developer advocacy, addressing challenges in observability, security, and AI. The manager will work closely with developers, SREs, and security practitioners to drive adoption and co-innovation. This position is pivotal in fostering relationships and enhancing the developer experience across various platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 12+ years of professional experience in the technology industry.
  • 5+ years of direct hands-on experience in observability, data analytics, monitoring, or security software.
  • Proven experience leading developer programs at major technology companies.
  • Significant technical depth in observability, security, and/or AI software.
  • Experience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams.
  • Proven ability to structure and implement complex technical engagements.
  • Skilled at distilling complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain deep technical expertise in software products.
  • Serve as the trusted technical advisor and champion for developers.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of libraries.
  • Accelerate critical workloads by integrating the NVIDIA software stack.
  • Guide partners and developers through onboarding and integration.
  • Map and monitor the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities.
  • Engage partner technical leaders to drive best-practice integrations.
  • Grow and activate developer communities around accelerated software.
  • Drive API, SDK, and integration adoption across the software ecosystem.
  • Surface developer sentiment and ecosystem trends for actionable intelligence.
