Job description
The Vision Products Group at Apple is looking for a skilled systems software engineer to design, develop, and integrate systems software for high-performance vision products. This role involves collaborating with various teams, including SoC architects and security teams, to create low-level software focused on performance, power efficiency, and security. The engineer will work on kernel drivers, runtime libraries, and frameworks that enhance Apple's intelligent vision products. A strong emphasis is placed on solving complex systems software challenges in a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of proven systems software experience.
- Proficiency in C/C++.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems and embedded software development fundamentals.
- Good working knowledge of the ARM architecture.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with Gen AI coding tools.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
