• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience leading programs across multiple geographies and time zones.
• 10 years of business operations experience, including owning key business processes or performing 'chief of staff' roles.
• Good understanding or keen interest in LLMs and AGI Safety.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to audiences, including executive leadership.

• Define and execute the annual and bi-annual planning processes while driving the OKR cycle to align key priorities.
• Lead headcount and budget planning, allocate resources based on priority and organizational strategy, and forecast trends.
• Identify and implement strategies to reduce operational friction, bureaucracy, and waste.
• Analyze resource management data and perform ad hoc evaluations to uncover trends and optimize performance.
• Manage specialized, technical projects for the VP of technology and coordinate high-visibility executive reviews.
