Job description

The Staff Frontend Engineer for the Stripe Dashboard will be a technical leader on the Merchant Experience team, responsible for enhancing how Stripe merchants interact with products. This role focuses on improving the quality and performance of core user interfaces while integrating AI into user workflows. The team aims to innovate the merchant experience and ensure that the tools provided are fast, reliable, and user-friendly. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of merchant interactions at Stripe.

Requirements

  • At least 10-15 years of experience in the industry.
  • Experience building and shipping complex, user-facing web applications for large-scale audiences.
  • A track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional engineering projects.
  • Deep expertise in modern frontend and full-stack development.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable improvements in software quality and performance.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate technical vision.
