Arcadis is seeking a Staff Water Engineer to join their Water team in East Windsor, NJ. This role focuses on delivering design work for water and wastewater clients across North America. The engineer will utilize their technical expertise to manage projects related to water treatment and conveyance. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and effective communication with clients will be essential to ensure project success.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an appropriate area of engineering
• 4 years of experience in engineering
• PE License
• Valid driver's license with the ability to commute to project sites

• Evaluate, plan, design, and support management of projects for water and wastewater treatment and conveyance.
• Complete technical reports with guidance from senior team members.
• Conduct fieldwork activities such as site visits, construction inspection, and water quality analyses.
• Manage tasks as a project resource to meet budget, timeframe, and quality objectives.
• Carry out investigations and analyses to support the development of technical solutions.
• Liaise with project managers and clients to ensure effective communication on project matters.
