• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market scans and evaluate companies are essential.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage workstreams and lead various assessments is necessary.
• Familiarity with M&A processes and strategic evaluation frameworks is required.

• Contribute insights to strategy discussions and support efforts that drive a high-quality, strategically aligned pipeline.
• Evaluate strategic fit, capabilities, and market positioning of potential targets.
• Independently lead scans within assigned geos or segments to identify attractive companies aligned to IBM Consulting’s strategic priorities.
• Conduct preliminary assessments to determine whether opportunities should progress to execution.
• Support timely triage of inbound opportunities to ensure rapid and informed decision-making.
