Job description

The Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Absence/OTL Lead role at IBM Consulting focuses on providing subject matter expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, specifically in the Public Sector and K-12 educational sectors. The position requires collaboration with clients to transform their business processes using Oracle's Core HR and related modules. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required, with a master's degree preferred.
  • 5-8+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Lead.
  • Minimum of 5 full life cycle HCM Cloud implementations, with at least 3 focused on Absence Management and OTL.
  • Public Sector experience, particularly in K-12 education, is highly preferred.
  • Current Oracle Cloud Certification in Payroll, ABM, OTL, or other HCM Cloud modules is ideal.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Functional Expert and Trusted Advisor in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
  • Provide best practice guidance on recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Lead design and discovery workshops to define business requirements.
  • Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements.
  • Gather and interpret business requirements for Absence Management and OTL modules.
  • Lead testing events associated with the project delivery cycle.
  • Coordinate efforts between business lines and consultants to implement optimal solutions.
