Job description

This role involves ensuring that Siri products meet and exceed customer expectations through organized and critical problem-solving. The team is fast-paced and relies on collaboration between Engineering, Program Management, and Quality Engineering. As a member of the Siri Program Quality group, you will have the opportunity to shape and improve products that impact millions of customers. The position requires a blend of technical skills and a passion for customer-focused design.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of proven experience in manual Software Quality Assurance, including 3 years of leading quality projects from planning through delivery.
  • Demonstrated excellence in hands-on, creative manual testing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for interaction with engineering teams and management.
  • Proficient at balancing multiple efforts simultaneously and meeting strict deadlines.
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Test high profile software features on Apple platforms.
  • Design and implement test plans and conduct risk analysis.
  • Perform customer impact analysis and coordinate cross-functional testing.
  • Conduct integration testing across the system.
  • Advocate for critical changes based on product performance.
  • Leverage and test AI tools and features effectively.
