The Senior Developer Advocate Engineer will lead technical engagements for NVIDIA's Open Hackathons and Bootcamps, focusing on AI in Physical AI and Robotics. This role involves collaborating with developers to adopt NVIDIA's accelerated computing stack and optimize their AI workflows. The engineer will also build strategic relationships with partners, mentor participants, and create educational materials for hackathon attendees. A passion for community development and mentoring is essential for success in this position.

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of relevant enterprise experience in developing robotics, physical AI, digital twins, simulation, or auto/AV solutions at scale.
• Fluency in using the NVIDIA accelerated computing stack for HPC and AI workloads.
• Capability to think strategically while managing day-to-day events and accounts.
• Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment and lead change through multi-functional teamwork.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Stay updated on developments in robotics, physical AI, and digital twins, and develop proof-of-concept solutions.
• Build and refine training materials and mentor team members in using NVIDIA technologies.
• Collaborate with NVIDIA product teams to facilitate product adoption and provide feedback.
• Promote hackathon achievements through blogs, papers, and presentations.
• Mentor developers and researchers in integrating NVIDIA technology into their workflows.
• Strategize and assess potential sites and mentors for Open Hackathons and Bootcamps.
• Assess the computing and software infrastructure for each hackathon.
• Write comprehensive internal feedback reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
