Job description
The Software Development Engineer II (SDE) role at Amazon Elastic Container Registry (ECR) focuses on building and extending the container registry that is essential for containerized applications on AWS. Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards and operations
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Build and extend the Amazon Elastic Container Registry.
- Develop tools that enhance the speed and security of containerized applications.
- Collaborate with team members to solve technical challenges related to container launch times.
- Participate in mentorship and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Engage in on-call responsibilities to ensure system reliability.
