As a Senior Analyst at BCG ValueScience Center, you will focus on applied corporate finance and valuation topics within the Corporate Finance & Strategy Practice Area. Your role involves performing financial analyses, building financial models, and contributing to client cases and proposals. You will collaborate with BCG teams to generate insights and create high-quality presentations for clients. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with high academic achievement required.
- 1-2+ years of relevant work experience in corporate finance, investing, and/or consulting.
- Demonstrated interest in corporate finance and valuation.
- Strong work ethic and client service mentality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple parallel tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform financial analyses such as shareholder return analysis, corporate valuation, and financial benchmarking.
- Build financial models to analyze the capital markets impact of strategic plans, mergers and acquisitions, and financial policies.
- Partner with BCG teams to identify and deliver original analysis and thought partnership.
- Work collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic, often virtually.
- Share topic and sector acumen within the firm.
