The Product Delivery Analyst on the BCG X Merch AI team is responsible for delivering and supporting retail applications and agents for clients. This role involves independently managing deployments, improving app functionality, and collaborating with various stakeholders. The analyst will also gather requirements, advise on best practices, and optimize processes to enhance client impact. A strong interest in technology and AI, along with excellent communication skills, is essential for success in this position.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms, applications, analytics, and software deployment.
- Experience in deploying B2B applications and providing end-user support.
- Ideally, experience in brick-and-mortar and e-commerce retail organizations.
- A degree in business, economics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools, and proficiency in Excel.
Responsibilities
- Own the deployment of Merch AI and accelerate speed to go-live.
- Gather requirements from internal and external clients and advise on best practices.
- Coordinate the sourcing and preparation of data from clients.
- Manage client infosec processes and oversee application deployments.
- Train client end users and guide them in using the application.
