As a Senior Analyst in BCG's People and Organization Practice Area, you will focus on Organization Design and Operating Model topics. You will work within a global team to deliver value to clients by leveraging your expertise and institutional knowledge. This role involves advising case teams and sector leaders on complex client issues while contributing to workshops and proposals. You will also support the development of intellectual property and assist in training junior colleagues.
Requirements
- 2+ years of consulting experience in Organization Design and Operating Model topics strongly preferred.
- In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required, with 4-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree with high academic achievement; advanced degree preferred.
- Expertise in relevant topics, including leadership, communications and engagement, culture, program management, wellbeing, and behavioral science.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Solve client problems through formulating and presenting relevant research and analytical approaches.
- Manage and successfully deliver multiple initiatives with various milestones in a client setting.
- Build client-ready deliverables in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Communicate with senior stakeholders in a credible and confident manner.
- Collect, synthesize, and analyze case team learnings to develop new proprietary knowledge assets.
- Work collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic, often virtual.
- Support commercialization efforts for the topic/sector by contributing analysis and insights.
