Job description

As a Manager within BCG Vantage on the Topic Activation path, you will provide expertise in the US wealth management industry to Asset & Wealth Management clients. You will collaborate with a global team to develop advisory solutions backed by comprehensive analyses. This role involves managing projects, mentoring junior colleagues, and contributing to the development of intellectual property for the wealth management sector. You will also engage with senior stakeholders to communicate insights and drive proposals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years as a management consultant focused on the U.S. wealth management industry is required.
  • In lieu of consulting experience, 4+ years of experience at a wealth management firm is required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and superior analytical skills are necessary.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills are required.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with case and proposal teams to provide expert advisory services.
  • Serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and sector leaders.
  • Drive the development of knowledge assets to support the wealth management business.
  • Manage a portfolio of projects with awareness of business priorities.
  • Train, coach, and mentor junior team members.
  • Occasionally travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments.
