Job description

As a Senior Manager – BCG Vantage in the Technology and Digital Advantage in Healthcare team, you will focus on delivering client and commercial priorities while leading a team of experts. Your role involves driving the intellectual property and content agenda, ensuring team performance across key performance indicators. You will engage with clients and case teams, leveraging your expertise to add value in technology and digital healthcare. This position requires strong leadership and the ability to navigate complex environments effectively.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of consulting experience in relevant healthcare and technology is required.
  • In lieu of consulting experience, 7+ years of minimum industry experience is required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred.
  • Specialization in relevant technology or digital healthcare topics is necessary.
  • Fluency in English and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead problem solving and solutioning for clients, driving towards pragmatic solutions tailored to business contexts.
  • Develop and commercialize knowledge and assets in tech and digital healthcare.
