Job description
The Enterprise Solutions Consultant at BCG Platinion is responsible for driving digital transformation and delivering competitive advantage through technology. This role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders to implement new processes and IT operating models. The consultant will leverage their expertise in IT and digital solutions to tackle complex business challenges. The position involves significant travel to client sites to support project needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in mathematics, engineering, information technology, business management, or a relevant field.
- 2+ years of practical experience in IT/ERP consulting, professional software development, or IT project management.
- Experience managing modules/workstreams in two or more end-to-end ERP implementations.
- Proven responsibility as a team lead within a single module during at least one project phase.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Gen AI tool fluency and validation of response.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish relationships and seek alignment.
- Develop transformation roadmaps, cost estimation, and resource plans for large-scale projects.
- Evaluate and recommend packaged software vendors and configurations tailored to client needs.
- Restructure business processes and organization models within an ERP framework.
- Support tech functions during mergers and acquisitions, including IT department transformations.
