Job description

The Global IT Software Engineer Senior Manager at Boston Consulting Group will focus on developing, deploying, and optimizing Generative AI tools and IT solutions. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of innovative software solutions that align with BCG's business objectives. The position emphasizes enhancing productivity and operational efficiency through the implementation of AI applications and SaaS tools. The candidate will also stay updated on emerging technologies to drive impactful outcomes.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of professional experience in software development or IT operations.
  • Proven experience in implementing AI-driven applications and SaaS solutions.
  • Strong technical proficiency in both frontend and backend development.
  • Experience with cloud technologies and infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of Generative AI applications and IT tools.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align technology solutions with business requirements.
  • Administer and configure AI-powered SaaS tools for secure deployment.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancements to enterprise AI tools.
  • Support proof-of-concept projects to explore innovative technologies.
