Job description
The Cybersecurity Consultant role at BCG Platinion focuses on delivering innovative cybersecurity solutions to clients across various industries. This position emphasizes collaboration, critical thinking, and the ability to drive change within organizations. Consultants will work closely with clients to enhance their cybersecurity practices and align technology with business strategies.
Requirements
- 6+ years of practical experience in cybersecurity consulting or management with teams of five or more.
- Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information systems, mathematics, natural sciences, business management, or a similar field.
- Hands-on experience with developing cybersecurity strategies or policies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Business-fluent written and spoken English language skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements to provide tailored recommendations.
- Implement cybersecurity transformation and culture change initiatives.
- Conduct cybersecurity assessments including gap analysis and roadmap development.
- Develop cybersecurity strategies, policies, processes, and procedures.
- Facilitate board and senior management cybersecurity awareness workshops.
