Job description

As a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage within the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) practice area, you will provide insights to Hardware clients while collaborating with case and proposal teams. You will serve as a thought partner and content expert, helping to solve complex issues and support commercialization efforts. This role involves developing intellectual property and assisting in the onboarding and training of junior colleagues. The TMT practice area focuses on helping clients navigate industry transformations and implement winning business models.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of consulting experience in the Semiconductor/Hardware industry is required.
  • In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years of relevant industry experience is acceptable.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required, with a preference for majors in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Science Engineering.
  • Strong data analytics skills and proficiency with tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, or Python are necessary.
  • Fluency in English and outstanding interpersonal communication skills are essential.

  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, translating technical insights into actionable business strategies.

  • Collaborate effectively in a group dynamic, often in virtual settings, while demonstrating flexibility and creativity.
