As a Manager in Tech Sourcing at Inverto North America, you will lead high-impact sourcing projects that align with clients' strategic priorities. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable sourcing strategies. This role emphasizes mentoring and developing team members while contributing to the evolution of the Tech Sourcing practice. You will also play a key role in securing new client opportunities and enhancing the overall service offering.

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in IT sourcing across multiple sub-categories.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (Master’s preferred).
• Proven ability to lead client engagements, manage teams, and shape project direction.
• Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships across procurement and IT functions.
• Strong working knowledge of data analysis, contract review, and supplier negotiations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to delivery.
• Business-fluent written and spoken English language skills.
• Willingness to travel to work with clients and Inverto teams.

• Lead and deliver strategic tech sourcing projects.
• Own end-to-end project delivery across critical IT categories including infrastructure, SaaS, cloud services, and managed services.
• Manage complex stakeholder landscapes and oversee 3rd-party providers to ensure results align with client goals.
• Engage with IT and procurement leadership and prepare high-level client meetings and workshops.
• Analyze supplier performance, review contracts, and identify sourcing levers through structured benchmarks.
• Develop new sourcing products and improve delivery tools to evolve Inverto’s Tech Sourcing practice.
• Contribute to winning new work by bringing credibility and expertise to pitch presentations and proposal development.
• Act as a knowledge multiplier across projects by training and mentoring junior colleagues.
• Lead benchmarking exercises and improve internal databases to support faster, data-backed decisions.
