As a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage in the Insurance Practice Area, you will join a global team focused on delivering value to clients through expertise and BCG Vantage assets. Your role will involve contributing to client cases and proposals, providing analysis and insights to drive impact. You will also support commercialization efforts and assist in developing intellectual property while training junior colleagues. This position requires occasional travel to client sites to understand requirements and develop tailored solutions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of consulting experience in P&C, commercial insurance, or reinsurance is required.
- In lieu of consulting experience, a minimum of 3 years of industry experience is required.
- A Bachelor's Degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred.
- Fluency in English is necessary.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities are essential.
- Familiarity with Generative AI technologies or a willingness to develop expertise in this area is preferred.
Responsibilities
