Job description

As a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage in the Public Sector practice, you will provide digital and technology expertise while collaborating with case and proposal teams. You will serve as a thought partner and content expert, helping to solve complex issues and support commercialization efforts. This role requires a passion for working with government leaders to leverage AI and technology in the public sector. You will also assist in developing intellectual property and training junior colleagues.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of consulting experience in government IT or digital strategy is required.
  • In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years of minimum industry experience is required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred.
  • Fluency in English is necessary.
  • U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. federal government security clearance are required.

Responsibilities

  • Solve client problems by formulating relevant research and analytical approaches in tech and digital strategy for the public sector.
  • Communicate effectively with case teams and stakeholders in a credible and confident manner.
  • Work collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic, often in a virtual setting.
  • Support commercialization efforts by contributing analysis and insights to proposals and client workshops.
  • Assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your expertise.
