• Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology, computer science, economics, supply chain, logistics, system engineering, or business management.
• 5+ years of practical experience in IT/ERP consulting, professional software development, or product and program implementation.
• Preferred experience with custom software solutions, eCommerce platforms, or cloud platforms.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel around the globe to work with clients and BCG teams.

• Manage end-to-end responsibility for larger and more complex modules within BCG projects.
• Work on a variety of digital topics and apply generalist consulting skills to strategic digital and technology questions.
• Create strategies for change and win buy-in for recommendations from clients.
• Mentor and coach junior team members while also serving as an individual contributor.
• Lead the design and implementation of AI and data-driven solutions.
