Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in engineering program management, data program management, or analytics operations.
- Hands-on experience in data science or data engineering.
- Strong understanding of data operations workflows.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and clarify project scope.
- B.S. degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional work across engineering, data science, analytics, and business teams.
- Drive cross-functional data or analytics programs from planning through execution.
- Partner with various teams to translate business needs into execution plans.
- Manage multiple workstreams while balancing planned work and operational issues.
- Identify risks related to data quality and operational support.
