The Legal and Global Security Solutions (LGS Solutions) team is looking for a Discovery Solution Manager to oversee discovery technology transformation initiatives. This role involves managing existing discovery platforms and solutions while demonstrating strong product management skills. The ideal candidate will lead the product strategy and development of the eDiscovery platform, ensuring it meets legal and compliance demands. The position requires hands-on experience with discovery technologies and a focus on innovation.

• 7+ years of product management experience in legal tech, focusing on discovery and compliance.
• Strong working knowledge of discovery technology, including administrative experience.
• Hands-on experience with third-party eDiscovery tools such as RelativityOne, Everlaw, and others.
• Experience managing API integrations and collaborating with engineering teams.
• BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent job-related experience.
• Familiarity with privacy, regulatory compliance, or data governance frameworks like GDPR and HIPAA.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and product delivery platforms like Jira and Confluence.
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles, including agile methodologies and CI/CD.
• Experience with AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies.
