• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 3+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 4+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems experience
• Experience as a mentor or tech lead in an engineering team
• Strong background or familiarity with algorithms and system design for scalable systems
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

• Architect, design, and implement robotic applications and infrastructure
• Influence the team's strategy and contribute to long-term vision and roadmap
• Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate on design and implementation
• Maintain high standards by participating in reviews and designing for operational excellence
• Prototype and test concepts or features through simulation and live robotic equipment
• Work directly with customers and partners to test prototypes and incorporate feedback
• Mentor other engineer team members
