Job description

The Software Engineering Manager will lead a team focused on developing advanced image and data compression solutions. Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Math, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least five years of overall experience, including three or more in team management.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Experience in designing and testing large scale software.
  • Proficiency in C++ and Python.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of highly skilled engineers in developing accelerated image and data processing solutions.
  • Lead and empower the team to conduct projects that meet internal and external customer needs.
  • Build and maintain a project roadmap that aligns with company goals and customer expectations.
  • Determine project goals and scope, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
