NVIDIA is looking for a QA Engineer to join the Workstation and Virtualization team, focusing on enhancing product quality through innovative technology. The role involves collaborating with customers, software engineers, and program managers to troubleshoot issues and validate defect resolutions. Candidates should have expertise in both Windows and Linux environments, as well as experience with virtualization platforms. Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Proficient in Windows and virtualization technologies such as VMware ESXi, Citrix Hypervisor, Microsoft Hyper-V, and KVM.
- Strong proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues.
- Solid knowledge of PC architecture, supercomputers, and computer clusters.
- Extensive experience building, configuring, and troubleshooting PCs and servers.
- Hands-on experience with debugging tools and memory dump analysis.
Responsibilities
- Reproduce issues reported by OEMs, enterprise customers, and partners.
- Collaborate with software developers, program managers, and customers to determine root causes and verify defect fixes.
- Validate NVIDIA products on customer-specific platforms and configurations.
- Build Python, C#, and C++-based scripts and diagnostic tools to increase bug reproduction and troubleshooting efficiency.
- Develop AI-driven tools and technologies that improve workflow efficiency.
