Job description

The Apple Pay Wallet and Payments Operations team is seeking a candidate to enhance customer experiences for Apple Card and Apple Cash users. This role involves developing and improving operational processes while collaborating with various cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute to defining the team's future vision. A strong focus on customer experience and problem-solving is essential.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant Project Management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience presenting to a range of stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience collaborating with different teams internally and externally with a proven track record of influencing without authority.
  • Proficiency using Apple tools (Keynotes and Numbers) for presenting and analytics.
  • Ability to adapt and contribute positively in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
  • Analytical and creative problem solver with a can-do attitude and flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and achieve results in a new space.
  • Experience in the Financial services industry, retail banking, servicing operations management, and vendor management.
  • Experience working in contact centers.
  • MBA or a relevant post graduate degree or equivalent experience in leadership or strategic roles.

Responsibilities

  • Understand, develop, and improve processes to create exceptional experiences for Apple Card and Apple Cash customers.
  • Define the future vision and build operational capabilities for the team.
  • Drive operational excellence within the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Retail, AppleCare, and Engineering teams.
