• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• 1+ years of experience in designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, or distributed software applications
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Experience on highly concurrent, high throughput systems
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes
• Experience with streaming media, video infrastructure, or ad technology
• Understanding of programmatic advertising concepts

• Design, develop, and maintain low-latency, high-availability services for real-time ad decisioning during live sports events
• Implement and improve programmatic auction and real-time bidding systems under strict SLA requirements
• Write high-quality, well-tested code and participate in code reviews
• Contribute to system design discussions, technical documentation, and architectural decisions
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues while participating in on-call rotations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management and data engineering
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and operational efficiency
