• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in mechatronics engineering and robotics product development.
• Experience deploying or shipping full-stack robotics systems.

• Experience with robotic control, planning, kinematics, or mechatronic systems.

• Set the goals for the robotics stack, guiding architecture, systems design, and integration.
• Build and lead high-performing engineering teams across mechanical, electrical, embedded, and software disciplines.
• Lead hardware architecture reviews with software and system teams to identify and address potential gaps.
• Participate in design reviews to address technical issues during development and document design decisions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and external partners throughout the development lifecycle.
