Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in mechatronics engineering and robotics product development.
- Experience deploying or shipping full-stack robotics systems.
- Experience with robotics applications development or transitioning R&D projects into deployed systems.
- Experience with robotic control, planning, kinematics, or mechatronic systems.
Responsibilities
- Set the goals for the robotics stack, guiding architecture, systems design, and integration.
- Build and lead high-performing engineering teams across mechanical, electrical, embedded, and software disciplines.
- Lead hardware architecture reviews with software and system teams to identify and address potential gaps.
- Participate in design reviews to address technical issues during development and document design decisions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and external partners throughout the development lifecycle.
