Job description

The Machine Learning and Inference Research team at Netflix is seeking an early-career researcher to contribute to fundamental research questions and translate findings into impactful solutions. Requirements

  • A track record of top-tier publications demonstrating deep expertise in the specialization.
  • Strong technical communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
  • Self-motivated with an ability to thrive and lead with minimal oversight.
  • Curiosity and judgment in identifying and framing ambiguous research and business problems.

Responsibilities
