Requirements

- A CPA certification or membership in a state bar.
- Seven to ten years of real estate tax experience in a professional services environment.
- Extensive knowledge of real estate tax technical and transaction skills, including partnership taxation and REITs taxation.
- Experience managing budgets, people, and projects.
Responsibilities
