Job description

The Critical Environment Electrical Engineer at Microsoft plays a vital role in delivering the core infrastructure for Microsoft's cloud services. Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience OR equivalent experience.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop basic knowledge of industry trends and apply advanced engineering concepts.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of designs and verification plans for electrical engineering aspects.
  • Write design verification test cases and develop test plans for standard features or products.
  • Follow project implementation schedules and communicate project progress within the team.
  • Document essential details about materials and components for a device.
