The Fund Accounting Senior Manager is a senior management position focused on overseeing a team responsible for fund valuation activities. This role involves ensuring the seamless delivery of Net Asset Valuations (NAVs) in collaboration with the Operations - Transaction Services team. The manager will drive process improvements and maintain relationships with clients while managing risks and controls. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage both internal teams and external client relationships.

• 6-10 years of relevant experience
• Performance/Investment certification preferred - CFA/CIPM
• Experience in Investment Performance
• Experience in accounting within financial services
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred

• Manage a team of professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties.
• Identify opportunities to implement process improvements and recommend enhancements.
• Coordinate staff assignments to achieve optimal effectiveness.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
• Perform discovery and due diligence with clients regarding service quality measurement.
• Manage the Risk and Control agenda including audits and identifying process gaps.
• Work closely with senior management on identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Supervise the activity of others and create accountability for maintaining standards.
