The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level position focused on establishing and implementing new or revised application systems in collaboration with the Technology team. This role emphasizes leading applications systems analysis and programming activities while ensuring integration across multiple management teams. The analyst will resolve high-impact problems through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes and provide expertise in applications programming. The position also involves mentoring mid-level developers and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• 6-10 years of experience in Apps Development or systems analysis.
• Extensive experience in programming and successful project management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.
• Core technical skills in Java, Kafka, MongoDB, Spring WebFlux, Kubernetes, Docker, ElasticSearch, and Microservices Design and Development.

• Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions.
• Identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements.
• Resolve a variety of high-impact problems through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure adherence to the overall architecture blueprint.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow to develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.
• Assess risk when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
