As a Senior Embedded Software Development Engineer (C/C++) on the Amazon EC2 Instance Networking team, you will lead the development of networking systems that are critical for cloud computing. Your role will involve architecting high-performance packet processing systems and designing advanced analytics platforms to enhance network performance and security. You will also mentor junior engineers and collaborate with hardware teams to optimize software performance. • 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
• Knowledge of system performance, memory management, and parallel computing principles
• 5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Knowledge of ARM CPUs
