Job description

As a pioneering Engineer on the MADS Reporting User Experience team at Amazon, you will build new Agentic AI experiences to enhance advertising campaigns for vendors and sellers. This role involves creating high-volume systems that utilize artificial intelligence for real-time decision-making and customer interaction. You will collaborate with software leaders to innovate and contribute to new ad products used by global customers. The position offers opportunities to expand technical skills and lead the design of robust and scalable software architectures.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience with design patterns, reliability, and scaling
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language
  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with software leaders to innovate and contribute to new ads products
  • Define architectural strategy and work collaboratively to solve customer problems
  • Deliver innovative software solutions that meet the needs of advertisers
  • Lead the design of architectures and software technology that are robust, stable, and scalable
