The role involves designing quantitative and qualitative analyses to address complex financial problems, including portfolio risk profiles and machine learning forecasting. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent foreign education and three years of experience in quantitative risk analysis.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent foreign education and one year of experience in quantitative risk analysis.
- Demonstrated expertise in performing quantitative and qualitative analyses using statistical software packages such as SQL, R, Python, and MATLAB.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with model developers and owners to ensure models are reliable and support sound business decisions.
- Guide independent validation of quantitative models and report findings to management.
- Work cross-functionally with business units and senior leadership to enhance model development.
- Ensure model owners establish effective standards, policies, and procedures.
- Confirm complete and accurate documentation for each model.
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of the Model Risk Management Framework.
