Job description

The role focuses on developing analytics delivery plans and programming using SQL, R, and Python. The candidate will work within an Agile inter-disciplinary team to optimize and personalize the customer experience through data-driven initiatives. This position emphasizes the use of various analytics tools and techniques to transform raw data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will also enhance system reliability and performance while supporting incident response and analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field, or a Master's degree in a similar field.
  • Three years of experience as a Manager, Advanced Data Analytics and Insights, or one year with a Master's degree.
  • Experience performing campaign analytics using Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with process optimization and scalable solution design using Google Cloud Platform or Snowflake.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct data analyses to derive insights and drive business strategy.
  • Develop data and hypothesis driven initiatives to optimize and personalize the customer experience.
  • Work with an Agile inter-disciplinary team across analytics, engineering, data science, marketing, and product development.
  • Clean and manipulate raw data using statistical software.
  • Enhance system reliability and performance through scalable monitoring and alerting frameworks.
  • Develop automation tools to streamline operations.
  • Support incident response and root cause analysis.
  • Conduct advanced technical and functional analysis for reliability-focused initiatives.
