• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems or a closely related field and five years of experience in advanced data analytics.
• Alternatively, a Master's degree in a related field and three years of experience in advanced data analytics.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing data-driven insights using SQL, Python, Snowflake, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics.

• Develop and execute comprehensive learning agendas to inform strategic business decisions.
• Translate business questions into hypotheses for validation through experimentation or data analysis.
• Analyze customer interactions to measure usability and client satisfaction across the client/advisor journey.
• Create data-driven narratives of the customer experience to inform future initiatives.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior business leaders.
