This role involves shaping the developer experience for AI workflows across local and cloud GPUs. • BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience building and supporting AI or developer tools.
• 4+ years of engineering leadership or management experience in a technical environment.
• Experience with Agile software development or other iterative delivery processes.
• Strong software engineering skills and a working knowledge of Go, Python, and JavaScript.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across engineering, product, and multi-functional partners.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4-8 engineers, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
• Work closely with product and engineering partners to define roadmap priorities and clarify requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-organization teams to agree on goals and manage dependencies.
• Improve engineering efficiency through internal tools, frameworks, automation, and development guidelines.
• Ensure alignment with security and compliance standards across all products and processes.
