Job description

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Mechanical Product Design Engineer to join their team focused on developing next-generation electronic products across various business segments. The role involves leading mechanical architecture definition and product development from concept through production. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in product and mechanical design
  • Experience in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA)
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD software such as Creo, Catia, Solidworks, or Unigraphics
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of finite element analysis theory

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to product design execution individually or by leading a team
  • Prepare early design concepts and product architecture
  • Drive all design aspects of mechanical systems including structures and thermal systems
  • Research and innovate with new technologies, materials, and processes
  • Collaborate with Industrial Design to create groundbreaking products
