The Intel Foundry team is seeking Module Development Engineers to work on advanced semiconductor process technologies. This role involves designing, executing, and analyzing experiments to develop next-generation processes. Engineers will lead scientific research to enable innovative device architectures and ensure successful technology transfer to manufacturing. • Master's degree with 5+ years of experience or PhD with 1+ years of experience in a relevant STEM field.
• Experience in hands-on experimental research.
• 4+ years of experience in the Semiconductor Industry in areas such as semiconductor processing or fabrication.
• Strong expertise in chemical processing and chemical development.

• Lead scientific research enabling the manufacture of innovative device architectures.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to meet engineering specifications.
• Participate in the development of intellectual property.
• Integrate individual steps necessary for the manufacture of complex microprocessors.
• Ramp to manufacturing volumes and transfer technology to manufacturing counterparts.
